The Specialty Human Services Division manages Great American's Insurance Program for Social Service Agencies & Non-Profit Organizations. The Division has been serving the needs of agents active in the Human and Social Services niche since 1980.

The Division's Claim, Loss Prevention, Marketing and Underwriting personnel work hand-in-hand with contracted retail agencies to serve nearly 5000 social service organizations and non-profit agencies in most states.
